The aim of the conference will be to present and disseminate currently developing trends and new technologies in the offshore industry and to strengthen cooperation between the business and scientific communities.

During the conference, speakers will present key information on current and upcoming instruments for financing research and industrial work, economic benefits and opportunities to gain a competitive advantage after implementing research results in the offshore area.

The conference will be divided into three thematic blocks: policy and financing, industry and education, research and digitalization.

POLICY & FINANCING session, speakers will present key information on current and upcoming instruments for financing research and industrial work, economic benefits and opportunities to gain a competitive advantage after implementing research results in the offshore area.

The INDUSTRY & EDUCATION session will focus on ways to solve the problem of shortage of qualified staff and adapting education profiles to the real needs of the industry.

The RESEARCH & DIGITALISATION session will show the benefits of using digital technologies at various stages of a wind turbine’s life. Representatives of Polish and foreign producers of turbines and their components as well as wind farm operators will share their experiences.

During the Conference, participants will expand their existing knowledge about research and development cooperation with representatives of Polish and foreign industry, which will constitute added value for both parties and will allow the creation of innovative solutions dedicated to obtaining renewable energy sources. Lectures by speakers and thematic sessions will allow you to supplement your theoretical and practical knowledge, while discussion panels will allow you to exchange experiences.

This event will be a platform for stimulating industrial and research cooperation in the Baltic Sea region, with particular emphasis on the Western Pomerania region.
